which I think is off the mark. If you type in all or part of a URL name for a site with a google rank of 0 it will still show up in the Google Results. If you want to see it in action try typing in "Wandering Rocks" and then scrolling down to WanDerINg ROcKs, ReVoLVing DoORs
wanderingrocksrevolvingdoors.blogspot.com/. This site certainly has Google Rank of 0 but is still appearing in a Google Search.
