Will someone explain why this site,
http://www.edu-directory.org/b-secretarial-training.php, Is ranked no.1 in Googles listings when searching for Secretarial Training?
It has about a million outbound links, and few inbound links, and it has a Google
PR rank of (2/10).
It doesn't have any metatag keywords or descriptions, but it does use the phrase 'Secretarial Training' everywhere, is this all thats needed to get to the top of googles rankings?
