Hi BarunKevin,

Thank you for your post.
I have a few suggestions to offer you:
-consider reducing the size of your logo. Like shouting on radio or all-cap letters in a forum, size has little to do with impact.
-consider restructuring your logo so that it doesn't fall into a solid horizontal 'banner ad' shape. Are eyes are trained to avoid these.
-Your typeface is strong, but I would recommend a unique visual to complement it. As a general rule, a powerful logo should be recognizable even if the letters are replaced.
