I have found 'nothing' that will drive traffic to my site other than Pay per click search engines. I advertise on Google and Overture and research carefully gathering keywords and writing ads. I'm not perfect at it yet but getting there. The other thing is write articles and submit them to ezines. That's a great way to get notariety or develop an opt-in list, which always makes me grin as you can't get an opt-in list if no one is seeing your site! So my advice is start with Google or Overture.
