Can anyone refer me to a place that they have used that has helped to drive lots of laser targeted traffic to their site?

I am looking for first hand experience, not just a referal to a program, because you are an affiliate. I have lined too many pockets other than my own and wish to work with an outfit that actually delivers on the hype they produce in their advertising.
