It looks like you submitted to a category in the Yahoo Directory (see link in the quote above) rather than to Yahoo's new search engine.
Yahoo has recently announced plans to include an "Add URL" button for their search engine (WPW member
cbp says it will be next week), although they have also said that won't guarantee that they will include your site in their index... nonetheless, it will at least give us all something to click on :-)
