I was referring to those instances wherein a site ranks in certain keywords that the site only mentioned in the passing with very few details. Yes they rank, but the visitor will not click or when they click, they will just push the back button of the browser.
It's worthwhile to hold the attention of these people by writing articles focusing on the details of these keywords.
