Another source of keywords, is Google Analytics (or whatever web analytics software you're using) find the keywords that you're being found for, and which pages you're being found for those keywords.
This is an opportunity to build those pages / keywords up the rankings for keywords that people are really searching for.

Analytics software only shown what keyword have indexed by SE for your site,you might use it to optimise the keywords that been indexed ,but not finding a new keyword over it.
