Default LCD

The ideal solution to universal browser compatability would be to create a code language that works and displays with all browsers in the same way.

This "least common denominator" woulsd also have to be compatable with server side languages like cgi, php, xml, asp, and cf(hint).

This "LCD" should have a 100% percent market pentration, but I'd settle for as little as 97%, still better than any single browser platform.

Any guesses?
