I been using ad words with great success.
No doubt it is expensive but it does provide
extremely targeted traffic.

As for the details, I hope to post my data
regularly here so that you all
can know what exactly I am talking of.

As for yesterday, I got $190 in sales and
just $ 6.5 in ad words!...one of the better days.
