Actually, you are quite confused and should maybe stop posting until such time as that stops.

Adsense pulls its ads directly from adwords. Adsense is simply the display mechanism and freeleads was commenting on your questioning him about advertising on specific sites. Adsense merely shows adwords ads that the user has not checked the box stating he wishes his ads to ONLY show in search listings. They are the same ads.

And freeleads was actually correct is stating that oftentimes, advertising only on highly targeted sites that use adsense does, in fact, give a much better ROI than general ads that are listed in search results. If you had ever managed budgets of 50k a month or more you would already know this, but not everyone has that ability.
