yep... Google is becoming much more faster and I have been noticing that it's updating
PR and backlinks very frequently. It's good for us to get result of our efforts asap. For e.g we are getting some quality and google will consider those as relevant backlinks so it will help to get high
PR and we don't need to wait for couple of months for the same.
