Your copyright notice should typically show the current year. If the site has been up and active since 2005, then I would probably show it as ©2005-2009.
Showing all those years indicates that the site (hence, the company) has been around for a while, which tends to eliminate some fears of "fly-by-night" operations. Also, showing only a copyright from four years ago, gives the impression that the site is out of date, perhaps even abandoned.
