Exactly. There is already one such discussion/project that falls under this category in progress. This is also the reason acceptances are being limited to mainly professionals with track records.
The group won't be publishing a blog or public versions of its discussions, tho some aspects 'may' come out in a public thread at some points down the road when it is deemed that the result will be helping the general public without worry of hurting them.
The group is already going well with 12 current members, 8 others who have not yet accepted their invitations in their UserCP, 12 discussions, and 163 messages.
