It seems to basically mean you have to put up a webpage that displays the links, which themselves are auto-allocated to that page. So the member has no control over the types of links etc, and cannot integrate outbound links into their site in a normal manner.
Its also extortionately expensive for what is delivered. There are far better ways out there to automate your
SEO tasks.
