Better to change the content area background to white and make the content text darker. It'll make the page more readable, your headings will stand out more.
You have two <h1> headings on your home page. This makes both of them less valuable in terms of SEO. Better to have one well optimized <h1> heading and format an <h2> the same way than to leave things as they are.
Your "Shipping Carriers" page isn't very well laid out and looks amateurish. I'd recommend that you make each logo the same size and shape. Balance out the page by using columns to space the logos out equally. Arrange them in an attractive manner so that they contrast each other.

Thanks for the input gentlemen. I will have my developer look at the h1/h2 settings and the carriers page is in the works - exactly as you suggested it should be. For now we're going to keep the color scheme but will be looking into a template change in the future. Again thank you so far for your input, the next time you look at it the heading tags and couriers page will have been changed.
