Default Re: Please review my banner and images,

As far as your banner goes, I personally believe it looks very amateur. The choice of colour for the text and the default block font that you have used seem to look very unprofessional. Further, the image used for your header also looks very washed out. So what can you do to fix it? This is what I'd reccomend.

Firstly, start by finding a better and more high resolution picture for the banner. This means, make sure the picture has brighter colours, more contract and frankly something a little more interesting than a beach with birds on the rocks. The picture can be along the same lines as it currently is, however just try and find one that will be a little more attractive. As for the title itself; google "dafont" and have a look at their font gallieries. Most of their fonts are free so download one that stands out more and is a little more vibrant. Take your new image and your freshly downloaded font into Photoshop (or the program of your choice) and start playing around with it. Avoid the colour you've chosen now. It looks very unprofessional. Maybe add a border around the text so that the letters stand more and drop a shadow behind your text for more appeal. Also, center your text on the banner. You can also add a little slogan underneath the main title so that your banner appears more "full". By doing what I've reccomended I think you'll end up with a more solid looking professional banner. I hope this helps.
