well tried to work with the joomla and durpal ,

but not upto mark ..

basically what i found is that i need to place maps , weather gadget and images plus the content in text .

so now if i go with any such open source cms sys so i felt not upto mark ,
and in customization i am confused with the base , like some vendor say make in php , somein java core , some in asp

so now please tell which would be best and i need all that just maps, waether gadget and the text materials ( information )

so what would be good idea to start with .
