Your list does not state if the sites are do follow or not
But guys the social bookmarking sites have more value than just getting a do follow backlink. The thing to do is spend some time on these sites and build yourself a network of friends.
The amount of traffic you can gennerate just by making friends at these sites is way beyond anything a single backlink can do for you.
By making friends I mean interact genuinely. None of this you follow me i'll follow you or you digg me i'll digg you stuff
