I am using Frontpage. there are 2 picture options there. People tell me the photos are fuzzy on my website, and I am thinking of doing all the photos over.

1. Under Picture properties, am I suppose to x the box specify size?
2. Under Picture Options it shows 90 as Quality when I got the Program, am I suppose to change this to 100?
Is there a way to put photos in front Page at 96 instead of 72? Should I do this? Also in Adobe
photoshop it changes the 96 to 72 when you save for
the web, is there a way to change the setting?
I have seen where some people use "ART" files, what
are they and should I buy a program to do ART files of my paintings? If so what program?
The pictures of my paintings look good when printed on paper, it is just when I put them on the web that they don't. I do not want to redo all my photos if they are not going to look in better!!
