well- i beleive it is pretty basic- if you receive a mail about something - you better check out the facts before registering or giving personal info. a friend responded to a mail from someone that said they need to update their paypal info- looking at the logo etc- he did- only to discover it was a fraud. so - it is basically - buyer beware - or consumer beware
