AFAIC that's nonsense msinfo. Thats nothing more than an excuse for the way way banks operate and who they hold resonsible for the way they operate. It's not themselves.

Banks don't "eat" fraudulent transactions they approve. They charge the merchant AND charge them again for refunds and chargebacks whether or not they're legitimate.

As so far as voiding a transaction, only prior to settlement. You got time to scan every single transaction, and call customers, for every single transaction prior to settlement? Don't tell me yes.
