I had a problem recently. I have submitted to hundreds of web directories and put links to some of them on my site, either reciprocal or just because I liked them. I submitted to a relevant web ring and got an e-mail saying I link to porn sites, weight loss sites and gambling so they would not accept me. These directories have thousands of listings. Am I supposed to avoid any with adult sites or gambling? Are these people just puritanical. I'm not into porn but what others do is not my business. I would like some feedback as to weather this can this hurt a sites credibility?
