The answer to that is easy:

You cannot promote ANY movie download, video game download or PSP download site on Google Adwords.
It is because these sites basically let you download copyrighted games, videos and similar stuff which is illegal.

All 'movie download' sites are the same. They give you access to a torrent software - which you can get for free anyway. With that people can download copyrighted software and videos.

Not only are these sites a scam because the software they sell is free anyway but what people do with it is illegal.

Ah, and just to make this complete: You also cannot promote TV 4 PC stuff on adwords.
