You'll find "add url" in the top right-hand corner of the directory main page. If adding more than one link, or changing an existing link log in again under "webmaster login".
PS - Naturally I want a reciprocal link. The "add url" process provides HTML code for plain links and swf banners. The swf banners are served from my own server.
