Those are called Google SiteLinks. Google show extended SiteLinks automatically in the search results. Google follow set of rules to display the same. If your site got SiteLinks, you can view them in Google Webmaster Tools, you have an option to block the URL's which you don't want to be displayed in Google SiteLinks.
