I'm sure with this deal, it will start that relationship of growing together. Who knows...they might be international PPC search authority while Google is the US authority on PPC.
In any case, competition is a VERY good thing for consumers. If all goes well, I'm guessing that you'll see lower PPC prices from google due to this type of competition.
