Meta no index would not remove it from the index as it is already indexed. You need to remove it from the index via webmaster tools as said before.
Also using meta no index is bad idea as it does not really stop search engines from showing up your page as a reference in search results. The best practice is to disable the indexing of unwanted site via robots.txt.
