I agree that the header is a little larger than I would like it. I'll see about shrinking it... However, I would say that over 90% of the customers I'm getting go straight to the product that they were googling or the product category. I have much fewer hits to the main page... I do understand what you are saying though and I will see about making the header section smaller. .
I'm not sure what you mean by moving the forum and contact us to after the product pictures. The Product link does come before those two links. Could you clarify this please?
As far as the flash question I'm assuming it's because of the flash advertisements on the left. Do you have the latest flash plug-in for your browser?
