Seconding Dave, I think you need to find a way to differentiate your service from Craig's List. I would try to identify some features of your service not available on Craig's List and highlight them.

Also, I would try to give the site a more consistent web 2.0 look, if that's what you are going for. The logo is great, but most of your other design elements are web 1.0 style.
