One of our clients is really struggling to create new, stand-alone pages on their Yahoo Store site. They can create new pages very easily, but they get added to the category menus or the "Info" box area - which is not where we want them.
We want to be able to create new pages on the store that can be linked from other pages, but not included in the navigation on all site pages. The design, etc. was done by SolidCactus and the templates include their name and phone number - go figure.
Anyway, we have tried a few suggested solutions with no luck.
Store uses the "Store Editor" system - not sure what version of the stores that is, but it has the little toolbars at the top of each page of the site (e.g. Edit, Variables, Config, etc.).
What we want to do:
- Create stand-alone pages that are not auto-included in any menus (except Sitemap maybe).
- Utilize the site's template on these stand-alone pages.
The stand-alone pages would then be linked to from other pages on the website. They will provide additional information the visitor, but would clutter the menus too much.
Anyone know how to do this? Tutorials?
Please help.
