Google Chrome is pretty good.
Firefox has always been my favorite but the recent move to a mac has me second guessing the browser as it seems sluggish now.
Internet Explorer is a nightmare to develop for but it is fast.
Opera just never gave me a good reason to switch over.
My current vote is for Firefox... I get the feeling I will be moving over to Chrome once it's released on the Mac... Shouldn't be long since it's based on the Safari engine from what I can tell.
