Regarding Word1 + Word2 + Word3 not being evaluated as not relevant for Word1 + Word2, I have similar experience. My previous page titles all began with "JUAREZ TOUR GUIDE", then something relevant to the page itself, such as "JUAREZ TOUR GUIDE - RESTAURANTS - MARISCOS D'MAZATLAN", etc. I am #1 for "Juarez Tour" or "Juarez Tour Guide" but not for "Juarez Mexico", the keywords which get the most searches, right after "Ciudad Juarez"

I changed them all to read "Juarez Mexico - Ciudad Juarez - Restaurants - Mariscos D'Mazatlan", etc. Hope this helps.

Strangely Google did put me on the first page of results for Word1 only, "Juarez", a page on which I have never appeared before and didn't care about appearing on. People who use that keyword are usually looking for information about Mexican President Benito Juarez.

Another thing I do not understand is why Googlebot is not crawling more pages. It used to crawl hundreds a week, sometimes the entire site in one night. Now it crawls about 50 pages a night and then goes away.

Another thing I don't understand is how often Google updates the index. I have seen changes come about in two days. Well, it's crawled the corrected pages, most of them, anyway, but no change in the index itself. I hear it will be another couple of weeks before we can expect another "dance".
