Tough call.. I'd have an issue letting something like this go. Seams you could hire on a PT or someone to help with the site. Even on a part time basis much can be updated. Most over night depending on the coder.

I wish everyone was this forward and open with the sites they want to sell as we see them all the time.

Good luck and I'm thinking SEDO would not do you justice on this one. I'd go with eBay or even hire a broker to dump it for ya.
