Default Re: Websites in your will

My heart was starting to sink until I read your last line. I was starting to think, "oh no. Please say you're not deathly ill chandrika".

Now I'm somewhat relieved (as most flu cases pass without complications... I've had some bad 'bouts myself. This year in fact).

Anyway, regarding the will. I suppose it depends on how much the site is worth. Unless you already have business partner(s), probably a good idea to at least have a successor lined up, at least verbally. In either case, have a folder(s) lined up with all necessary passwords, memberships info, advertising accounts, dns and authorization numbers, etc. That info should be passed to the successor in the event of an untimely / unanticipated early dismissal to the hereafter.

If one's passing is imminently pending, whereas one already has an idea of a timeframe, get a head start in transferring ownership / control of said website.

Please know I wish you the best of health and success in your speedy recovery of the flu. Drink plenty of liquids and take some supplemental vitamin C, and zinc. (If your doctor agrees)

However, if you do feel it absolutely necessary to begin writing your will, for whatever reason...

...be sure to think of me, your best friend in the whole world.... right?
