Hi,
Both PHP and ASP.NET are of equal demand in the industry. And its my person experience that if you well learnt any language its not tough for you to migrate to another one, as your logics will be clear, you would know how implementations is done the only thing you will have to learn will be the syntax and specific concepts of the new language, which does not take much time.
Now for the career perspective, if the other company is bigger then the one you are working with then I would say jump to ASP.NET and if both the companies are same size and offering you the same kind of package then stick to the one you are in.
