I'm gonna agree with the comment above. It's a little vague about why I should sign up for it.
With your type of 'improve your business' business, you're really, REALLY going to have to set yourself apart from the competition in order to get people to bite. I must get 10 'improve your business' and '20 secrets to success' emails on any given day, and frankly, don't give any of them a second glance before deleting them.
The layout itself is okay...i like the colours.
On to the newsletter itself. Have you done much testing in various email clients to see how your newsletter's going to look? Email newsletters are a BITCH to get to display consistently.
