Default Re: Same Content on Two Separate Geotargeted Paths??

I don't quite understand the above.

Is domain.com/UK a separate geotargeted path?
If so, can i duplicate my site under domain.com/uk to attract UK traffic? I do .ES and .FR right now but those are languages.[/QUOTE]

I did what you are suggesting a long time ago & caused problems.
I have found the simple way is to just have the uk site hosted on a uk server and use 301 redirect. the problem is that after sometime the search engines will give it a low ranking (from actual experience not theory)
I think the way to go about it would be to register as stated the sites in the designated country's you want to cover, then make on each one a page or two with unique content & keywords ect to the products you are selling then on these sites have pages linking to the main & internal pages of your main .com site the internal pages have pricing & delivery charges to the relevant country concerned.people going to main site directly & those following link from external country sites would be directed from main page or to the pricing pages directly depending on how the came upon the main site. this as the external site were in different country's would have the added effect of giving you highly relevant external links.you would also submit the external sites to local search engines in the respective country's to help even more.
any pages not in English(as long as not repeated) would not be counted as duplicate pages because I dont think that the search engines are that clever...Yet...
