The Home page and About page are pointing to the same location, so the navigation probably has a bug somewhere in it.

Also I know you are trying to get revenue from your adverts on the right, but the navigation is pushed down under the adverts. The articles are hidden up somewhat because of this and I percieve it as links to items less important than the adverts.

Visually its ok, but the navigation needs checking as its very random in operation, also the top navigation is repeated on the right hand navigation, and is above your further articles. Maybe just create another top heading.
