I agree with you that most video feeds are become more and more popular on the Internet these days as they are better way of expressing and have life.

As you have said that you wish to deploy a Live Webcast website then I suggest using Flash Streaming server, it will allow your website to server multiple users accessing the same video at one point of time. You can use PHP or .NET as the language for adding the programming components to the website.

You can get more information about Flash Streaming server on macromedia’s website, on PHP at php.net and on .NET on MSDN of Microsoft.
