Contact a lawyer. I have heard plenty of success stories. Sometimes it only takes firm letter from a trained professional to solve the problem.

Don't let somebody screw you. It just means that more people will screw more people down the road. Stand up for yourself.

As for Google. 5 years ago they didn't have a single drop of their own content now did they?
