GP - thanks for the post. I finally got mad and called Customer Service at Adobe.
That rep told me that Flash 10 is incompatible with a 64-bit VISTA computer.
He said they'd be coming out with a compatible version for 64-bit machines in the next few months.
I'm amazed that their Flash tech support folks sent me on one goose chase after another for DAYS without mentioning that there is no fix.
So, I'm telling all my clients that they SHOULD NOT upgrade to 10 if they have a 64-bit machine.
Version 9 works fine with them.
This is the 2nd problem I've had trying to get support out of Adobe. Must be nice to be a monopoly!
