You'll want to add a filter excluding their domain in your Google Analytics. Go to: Analytics Settings > Profile Settings > Create New Filter. You give the filter a name and and choose 'exclude all traffic from a domain' from the drop-down list and enter the domain name of the other website in the field below the drop-down menu.

You may have better luck contacting the website's hosting provider and proving to them that the site content was stolen and they can notify the website owner. Good luck with Google.
