Well, it went all choppy but it didn't crash for me.

When Flash movies do things like this, one of the first things to try is saving with a different filename and republishing (possibly clearing out the library of redundant stuff, too before you save/re-publish).

I occasionally have videos mess up on me and there is no way to fix it other than create a new movie and start again. It seems the FLA is just corrupted somehow. I don't know if this is your problem, but it definitely happens to me.

You may find that deleting big files from the library causes Flash to crash, so starting new is the only option (again, it happens to me sometimes).
