No. As when an editor logs in, updates requests are more prominent and are usually dealt with first by most editors. Assume that your requests have been declined. If you keep submitting update requests, you are turning into a pest as editors with just have to keep deleting them.

Entitled was probably the wrong word. If a website meets the guidelines then assume it will eventually get listed in a topical category (even if its submitted or not); if the business has a physical address on the website, then assume that it will eventually get listed in a regional category (even if its submitted or not).
There is NEVER a need to submit a site more than once (or twice if its to a regional and topical category) and there is NEVER a need to submit an update request more than once (unless something else changes). Any more is a waste of your effort; potentially puts you at a disadvantage; and makes you into a pest.
