I'll bet it was actually "clicking no on the file download security warning" that caused the problem because you probably weren't seeing a true download security warning, but part of their nasty little program. Dr. Tandem's advice is correct...do not make any assumption about what you are seeing and click on it. Instead, go to the system tray, right-click and close.
