i was scared of popups so i didnt click anywhere, i think the topic youve chosen is risky, cause alot of people are wary of sites depicting easy money, maybe a notification that there are no popups or smoething, not sure, though that might of convinced me i could go further without crazy redirects to places that give money for referrals.

your google ad placement is impeccable, and design is fine, though its aligned left with heaps of white space viewed in common resolution of 1280 by 1024. be careful not saturate your site with google ads in violation of their use policy regarding number of different types of ads on one page, i counted 4 ads but i noticed that they were of a different type so i think your right there.

logo banner could use some touch up and better eye catching design

colour scheme is fine

lose the HOT gif at top of page, just looks unprofessional in my opinion

i like the cbox, but i dont think your concept of allowing people to post ads there is appropriate, i did lol

but thats not the point, i think you would find yourself having to replace it all the time, since people arent going to use it for its intended purpose therefore looks unprofessional, instead offer link exchange - you need to make a form for this to obtain details and moderate the requests to be added and to search for reciprical links on an ongoing basis.

about the header banner - its the resolution for starters should be sharper and crisper not pixelated

also the hit counter, i cant understand how you would get 11000 visitors - when i was there it said 4 visitrs today, you better check that,
