my website has undergone many changes since last reviews, and based on forum advice i have totally reworked the site, one major change was developing the logo

i would like some first impressions please, also if anyone thinks they can assist in altering it im happy to provide the .psd file with all the layers in it, im a bit of a newbie at photoshop cs3, and the logo probably has kinks that could be worked through well by others

namely size, without quality lost, gloss, sharpness, and teadious white left where ive cropped as best i can
