Ok so I know I am up against some pretty stiff competition here. Craig's, kijiji, but for some reason they stay away from the smaller markets. I have achieved #1 in Google for most of those forgotten markets, in fact I have no problem getting into the top 10 for even broader classified terms. But here is the dilemma. How do I let those smaller markets know I am there for them, without spending a fortune? Is my site user friendly? I think so.
Any help would be appreciated.

And before I go. Link building like a mad whore, Rss, and blogs galore. Press released so much my fingers are bleeding. I need to get traffic up. What am i missing?
