- reduce the use of free radicals

- Increase food with omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants and eat more
- blueberries
- white onions
- tomatoes
- walnuts (some mean that walnut oil is more healthy than virgin olive oil)
- carrots and drink more
- mineral water
- coconut milk
